Perimeter diagnosis and aggravating factors
Our specialized technician went to the site to carry out a complete evaluation. The close proximity of a tree edge was the main aggravating factor: the decaying stumps and wet leaf litter formed reservoirs of insect populations just a few metres from the foundation. The tour of the house revealed several unfavorable conditions:
